We arrange export shipment from China. Under FOB/CIF terms, the buyer's forwarder clears customs and collects the goods at the destination port. DDP is available as an optional extra on request, not as standard.
Inspect the slabs on arrival and raise any claim within 7 days of arrival. Slabs are packed to arrive intact, and we provide claim support if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.

Our slabs are surface-printed, and cut edges are finished by our long-term Foshan partner processing centre using high-precision CNC waterjet cutting, 45° mitred joints, and colour-matched epoxy repair and polishing, so the finished edge matches the surface.
Yes. Edges are joined at 45° and bonded with colour-matched epoxy, then polished, which gives a thick, monolithic look without a visible joint line.
Yes. Small batches are supported, and mixed loading is available, so different designs and sizes can be combined in one shipment, by FCL or LCL. Exact quantities and combinations are confirmed per written quotation.
Every shipment is fully inspected internally before dispatch. Third-party inspection can also be arranged, with inspection reports provided. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, raise a claim with photos within the inspection window stated in your quotation.
